Position:
Towson University’s College of Business and Economics invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position in Economics, beginning August 2023.
Qualifications:
Minimum of an M.A. or M.S. in Economics from an accredited institution. Applicants cannot be considered if this degree has not already been attained. Applicants will need to demonstrate excellent teaching and service as well as engagement aligned with the college’s expected outcomes of impact, innovation, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
This faculty member will be assigned a teaching workload of eight (8) courses per academic year in the areas of both Micro and Macroeconomics and can include both Principles level as well as more advanced topics courses possibly at the M.S. level if desired. This faculty member is expected to engage in service to the department, college, university, community, and professional associations.
