Qualifications Required- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office skills with focus in Excel and PowerPoint

- Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of business, HR, accounting, finance experience of which 5 years related directly to Compensation.
Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a
Compensation Administrator with a strong understanding of data analysis and compensation program design and administration.
The Compensation Administrator role will assist in the full scope of activities associated with the design, development, implementation and administration of competitive and legally compliant compensation programs; manage projects; coordinate activities; and prepare recommendations requiring a broad and thorough understanding of compensation techniques, methods, and practices. The Compensation Administrator role will assist with the implementation of the Companys annual compensation bonus and merit programs.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Partnering with Pricing and Finance teams to develop annual rates
- Creating, implementing and maintaining Companys Compensation Management Structures
- Participating, completing and managing compensation market surveys to leverage competitive data and determine market trends
- Updating and maintaining Companys Job Architecture
- Reviewing offers, off-cycle and other salary actions for internal and market equity as well as compliance with internal policies/procedures, DCAA and related labor laws.
- Designing and administering Merit/Salary Planning
- Working with HRIS to ensure that all systems meet compensation needs and are updated according to compensation changes
- Assisting with audit requests from DOL, DCAA and internal auditors
- Researching current and changing regulations pertaining to employee compensation
- Providing monthly Comp Metrics and reporting Compensation budgets
For Colorado Residents Colorado Salary Minimum: $73,299.20 Colorado Salary Maximum:$156,665.60 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
