The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Responsibilities

Support the development of technical requirements and constraints for the IC IE to provide input to foundational technical documents, including but not limited to, program architectural or technical artifacts, business cases, analysis of alternatives, and the concept of operations

Review and analyze implementation plans from SoCCs, IC IE service providers, and other CSRs across the IC

Support risk management, trade-off analysis, and gap analysis as part of the technical assessment process in an effort to provide recommendations and courses of action

Support the development of materials and information needed for the community Collaboration, Education and Awareness Training sessions and participate with outreach efforts as required

Assist with the development of systems engineering plan guidance, derives technical requirements, and provides engineering assessments in support of strategy and program milestones

Review and analyze implementation plans from IC IE service providers (IC agencies responsible for implementing IC ITE initiatives) across the IC

Support the IC CIO through the development, delivery, socialization, system integration, validation, verification and engineering assessments in support of major program milestones


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

At least 15 years experience in IT integration or IT transformation with a significant track record leading enterprise wide IT and mission transformation for a complex mission-oriented organization. Should be able to develop, articulate and achieve consensus for implementing innovative solutions; use forward leaning methods to improve IT operations to achieve greater functional integration; should be able to conduct high level evaluations of proposals, and assess and recommend alternatives that focus on using shared services to achieve efficiencies in intelligence community operations

Demonstrated knowledge of the regulations, policies, and procedures, that applies to the mission functions in the Intelligence Community.

Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous studies and analyses (including leading practices and/or benchmarks) and reporting the results in a logical, coherent manner

Demonstrated ability working successfully with a diverse group of executives, managers, and professionals from multiple Federal Government agencies

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including the ability to successfully prepare and present complex information to Federal executives

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Systems Management or Business Administration)
