The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. The Executive Officer (EXO) position supports a wide range of customer programs, projects and requirements. The EXO interacts on a continual basis with customer management to provide updates, draft technical reports, coordinate official correspondence, and develop technical presentations.

The EXO shall support the customer with the following requirements:

  • Prepare and organize briefing material (talking points & MS Powerpoint)
  • Participate and organize regular meetings including weekly status meetings, bi-weekly highlight meetings, monthly/quarterly reviews and annual offsite events
  • Monitor traffic and flag for appropriate personnel to ensure all actions are answered.
  • Continually update a centralized system for tracking assignments, meetings, engineering and operational activities
  • Assist with organizing and prioritizing critical issues and required information for the customer to facilitate effective decision making.
  • Track and monitor official correspondence including provision of templates and instructions to the appropriate personnel



  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Engineering degree and/or technical background
  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Ability to assist Executive-level leaders with strategic decision making and implementation
  • Experience in the planning and direction of a groups administrative, financial and operational activities
  • Experience managing the workflow of multiple tasks under the purview of Executive-Level customer management. Ensuring that all action items assigned to the customer are completed on-time and all personnel are aware of the actions
  • Experience with inter-department communications and messaging via phone, email or customer-specific formats to ensure that any required follow-ups or referrals are handled in a timely fashion.

  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Self-starter requiring minimal oversight and direction to execute independent projects
  • Ability to work under shifting priorities and deadlines and willing to provide a wide range of support
  • The ability to maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with counterparts from other working groups and departments
