In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all VP and above recruiting that involves internal recruiting, sourcing and partnering with third party Executive Search firms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR partners to plan and execute succession plans for senior level positions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to write compelling job descriptions that meet their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend prospective employees for employment in executive or senior management positions based on qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility.
  • Work with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
  • Ensure progressive diversity and inclusion within the recruitment and selection process.
  • Assist with employment branding and partner to improve hire operations.
  • Meet or exceed benchmark satisfaction scores, operational and performance goals, and TA budget and agency usage targets.

Role Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, with a minimum of 5 years of corporate executive recruiting experience.
  • Experience of recruiting across Europe and APAC.
  • Strong experience of vendor management.
  • Proven relationship building and ability to quickly establish creditability with senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated deep recruiting and hiring process expertise.
  • Strong negotiation, consulting, and communication skills.
  • Able to have transparent and productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully.
