The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.
The Front Office/Executive Assistant will support a division of approximately 20 staff and contract officers. The candidate must be able to work independently and prioritize competing requirements. Contact with senior customer officers and high-level representatives across the organization is frequent, and thus, the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing is required. Serves as an active member of the customer organization by preparing executive materials, as well as coordinating and responding to general administrative functions; includes preparing materials for organizational charts and emergency contact lists. Qualifications
Strong oral and written communication skills ensuring that all correspondence is timely, polished, and accurately represents the customer. Use confidentiality and discretion when coordinating correspondence, respecting privacy and sensitivity issues.
Individual must be highly organized and able to maintain an accurate schedule in Microsoft Outlook while anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts
Candidate must be proactive and show good judgement and discretion in identifying which meetings require attention and which meetings should be delegated. Individual will support the office by serving as the point of contact for scheduling, admin questions, and coordination with officers.
