GEOINT Senior Systems Engineer

Qualifications Required skills:
- Requires 12 to 15 years with B.S. in engineering or related technical field or 10 to 13 years with M.S. in engineering or related technical field or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.
- Minimum Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Poly.
- 10+ years working experience in Government or industry in relevant work areas.
- Knowledge of GEOINT systems.
- Strong customer management skills.
- Experience with Systems Engineering requirements, Architecture, and Verification/Validation (V&V) processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks.
- Strong oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of Government.
- Demonstrated capability and success working in small team environment.
- Commitment to recognize, understand, respect and operate effectively within various SETA, FFRDC, and Government lines of authority.
- Experience with and strong understanding of Systems Engineering Lifecycle.
- Self-starter, requires little supervision.
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of Space and Ground platforms.
- Experience with Enterprise Integration and Test.
- Knowledge of Program Milestones and Program Reviews (e.g. SRR,).
- Systems Engineering experience on large complex systems.
- Project Management and Acquisition Management.

- The candidate will be a member of a small team and will champion the system engineering efforts for the customer program office.
- The candidate will engage directly with the customer and respond to tasking and coordinate with other team members.
- The selected candidate will apply technical expertise to provide innovate solutions to complex technical problems.
- The selected candidate will be responsible to coordinate across various customers organizations ranging from systems engineering, operations and mission partner.
- The selected candidate will generate and review products in support of various program milestones and program reviews including conops, mission threads, architecture artifacts, verification plans and more.
