As a Technical Hands-on lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing & implementation of Data Solutions. The broad range of responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders, both off-shore and on-shore, and delivering on the service level agreements

Role Responsibilities

• We are looking for a data-obsessed SQL expert to help us with our Crypto Wallet.
• You will be responsible for writing queries, building dashboards, and communicating on-chain and off-chain data that will help drive business decisions, with a focus on product innovation and new protocol integrations.

Role Requirements

• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
• Deep knowledge in building batch pipelines and Data Streaming
• Working knowledge of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable data stores.
• Design efficient and robust ETL/ELT workflows, schedulers and event-based triggers.
• Write queries to pull blockchain data for strategic analysis
• Build dashboards to track internal metrics
• Identify and diagnose data inconsistencies and errors.
• Develop novel data sets, features and reports that will help build our roadmap working with product and development team
• Demonstrable proficiency with DDL, Complex Queries, JOINs, Primary keys/Indexes, Performance Improvement on queries, and Window functions
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance and operation metrics
• Able to communicate complex concepts to all different types of audiences.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Creative and nimble with ability to overcome obstacles to solve difficult problems
• Flexible and responsive with ability to adapt to rapid change in direction or business priority

Nice-to-have:

• Enthusiasm for crypto-space and blockchain technologies
• ambition to work and learn different functions.
• Solidity / smart-contract / web3 experience
• Experience with microservice cloud development (AWS or GCP or Azure)
• Experience with Snowflake platform
• Familiarity in the crypto governance or DeFi space
• Data science background
