We are looking for energetic, customer friendly mid level Network/Desktop Administrator professional to work at customer site. Ideal candidate will have following background/experience -

Provide on-site preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot IP based Networks with multiple VLANs

Be able to install and configure Network Switches, Server hardware components and other IP devices

Monitor hardware/software logs, software events, user activity, resource access, and provide network monitoring and intrusion detection.

Provide overall onsite network support and maintenance of internal networks.

Work with product vendors to problem resolution

Troubleshoot workstation software(Office suite,email) issues, printer issues and server issues

Experience in IP addressing and troubleshooting

Provide OS patch management, Virus removal, firmware updates in a timely manner

Conversant with Cisco ASA firewall rules and management

Monitor and test server backups are performed by tool and ensure Restore/Disaster Recovery using the backups

Familiar with virtualization technologies like VMWare and HyperV

Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory

Education/Certifications - Network+, A+

Minimum Experience in IT/Network Support: 4+ years
