Fachmitarbeiter/in biologische Produktion
Hauptaufgaben
Herstellung von Impfstoff im Bereich Upstream, Downstream, Formulierung sowie Pufferherstellung
Bedienung von Bioreaktoren, Chromatographieanlagen, Isolator und weiteren Prozessanlagen
Durchfhren und Protokollierung von Produktionsaktivitten in der Impfstoffherstellung gemss geltenden Richtlinien (cGMP, SOPs)
Arbeiten in einem Reinraum
Gelegentliche Arbeit am Wochenende
Dokumentation und Durchfhrung von Inprozesskontrollen sowie deren Auswertung
Verwalten, Bewirtschaften und Instandhaltung von zugeteilten Rumen, Einrichtungen und Ausrstung
Unsere Erwartungen
Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in Pharma- oder Lebensmittelbereich, Hochschulabsolventen willkommen
Berufserfahrung in Reinrume (Klasse D und C von Vorteil)
Gute Kenntnisse im hygienischen und sterilen Arbeiten unter cGMP
Zuverlssiges und exaktes Arbeiten / Protokollieren selbststndig und im Team
Technisches Verstndnis im Umgang mit komplexen Produktionsanlagen und -prozessen von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit Bioreaktoren, Chromatographie, Isolator, Filtration und Apparatetechnik von Vorteil
Wnschenswert ist Erfahrung in single-use Technologien
Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch von Vorteil
Gute PC-Kenntnisse mit MS-Office / SAP und LIMS von Vorteil
