Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs pc computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field. Relies on instruction and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions occasionally require independent judgment.

Educational Requirements
Associates degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience Requirements
2 years of experience in the field and knowledge of PC design required.
Special Skills or Training Requirements
Knowledge of PC design and topology installed at Trinity Health. Knowledge of Microsoft products including Active Directory helpful.
