Qualifications

Required:
  • DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) OR Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Certification in Project Management.
  • Requires an MS in Engineering, Technology, or Science with at least 20 years experience in management of programs and projects OR a BS in Engineering, Technology or Science with at least 25 years experience in management of programs and projects.

Desired:
  • Five years intelligence analysis experience (MOS 35/350 series or other DoD/IC equivalent) or
  • Five years supporting Army intelligence organizations at the brigade or higher level

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major programthat includes teams of data scientists, engineers and management professionals at worldwide lcoations involved in analyzing, designing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems in support of U.S. Army intelligence.
  • Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projectsin accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the continuous execution of projects.
  • Identifies and communicates issues and risks and offers recommendations on how issues/risks should be mitigated to successfully satisfy the requirements.
  • Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally.
  • Has supervisory and developmental responsibilities.
  • Has excellent written and oral communication skills.
