The WDHP Office has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced conflict management practitioner with a passion for driving change and advancing human rights in the workplace.
As a Senior Early Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will provide critical conflict resolution services that help ministries across the OPS effectively respond to and resolve workplace conflict including those involving interpersonal conflict, harassment or discrimination. On any given day, you will provide confidential conflict resolution advisory services, conduct mediations and alternate dispute resolution between parties in dispute, and support workplace restoration efforts through the provision of empathetic and trauma-informed service that promotes human rights and equity.
