Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, organizing and managing teams of analysts on a series of significant projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements. Drafts, reviews, and edits various reports, publications, regulations, and strategic communications for the AGO, Army, and Intelligence community. Assists with the development and modification of AGO standard operating procedures (SOP) and templates. Leverage the INSCOM CGs guidance and DA G-2 priorities as a GEOINT subject matter expert through participation in various counsels, working groups, meetings, and briefings relative to the GEOINT community; convey and articulate information as it pertains to the Army GEOINT mission. Maintain/ update AGO employees training records in accordance with INSCOM and NGA regulations and policies. Coordinate and maintain the AGO calendar. Act as the VTC expert for the office and works with NGA technical support to ensure connection with other site IDs. Operational expert for VTC with knowledge to switch between various VTC modes to display computer documents as well as video during meetings. Consolidate and compile input for various data calls from across the Intelligence Community. Develop, assess, review, analyze, and make recommendations concerning GEOINT capabilities, system requirements, development, personnel, communications, logistics, etc.; ensure Army GEOINT community is kept abreast of emerging technological developments that enhance the Armys ability to leverage GEOINT.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Clearance: TS/SCI
  • BA/BS degree in a related field with at least 9 years of Intelligence Operations experience AND 5 years Staff Officer or equivalent experience; OR
  • Undergraduate degree with at least 13 years of Intelligence Operations experience AND 9 years Staff Officer or equivalent experience; OR
  • HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 17 years of Intelligence Operations experience AND 11 years Staff Officer or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and coordination of projects
  • Expert capabilities to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
  • Specialized experience in Intelligence Operations
  • Proficient in the development of IC reports, publications, regulations, and strategic communications
  • Subject matter expert in various GEOINT disciplines

Desired:

  • Working knowledge of Army policies and regulations as well as established SOPs
  • Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc)

Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG)
