Responsibilities

Assure deliverables to client are maintained at high standards of accuracy, grammar, technical content and formatting; also assists with identifying methods to collect and report performance metrics for project. Maintains document repository and SharePoint portal for client access to specific documents and FAQs. Provides guidance to junior level quality assurance specialists.
