Better requires process discipline and simplification
You will be responsible for delivering code development and testing as per project timelines and ensuring smooth knowledge transfer in partnership with onshore and offshore stakeholders. You will provide solution implementation to team members including system set-ups, development, system and integration testing, and user training. You will be responsible for conducting detailed design, code and test reviews for internal teams and vendors. Also Enforcing and delivering common framework architecture and high-level design within the team.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce, Service Cloud, and force.com platform
• Experience in Financial Service cloud
• Experience working in Apex, Visual Force, Batch, Triggers, Integrations (SF REST API), Lightning Framework and components (Aura and LWC), SLDS, jQuery, and configurations like profiles, role, sharing rules, workflows/validation rules, Flow, SFDX, etc. on Salesforce.com platform
• Must have good knowledge of Agile and Iterative development methodologies and be proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, and Version Control Systems (e. g. GitLab)
• Ability to propose changes to technical architecture and build enhancement proposals
• Recommend solutions for application performance, stability, flexibility, and security
• Comfortable interacting with operations and other technical teams to discuss technical questions, and approaches and solve issues
• Lead technology standardization, framework implementation, and platform upgrade projects
• Having System/Application Architect salesforce certification will be preferred
• MuleSoft and MuleSoft integration experience- Good to have
