Shift | Shifts will be scheduled based on department needs in coverage. ITS Customer Services is a 24×7/365 call center serving UKHC and UK’s main campus. Shifts must be a minimum of 4 hours long each and can be scheduled around classes. |
Job Summary | UK ITS Customer Services assists Students, Faculty, and Staff by providing technical Occasionally may also be asked to assist staff with workshops, resource fairs, and other outreach or public events. Candidates must be currently enrolled at UK at least half time for the fall semester and remain enrolled for the duration of their employment with ITS. Previous Call Center experience preferred but not required. Due to Covid19 social distancing, this position will be working remote until the campus re-opens. |
