Qualifications

• Active TS/TSI Clearance with Polygraph
• Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
• Experience working in an operational environment and demonstrated knowledge of user needs
• Experience in mission technical capabilities and system performance analysis and assessment
• Understanding of the systems engineering life cycle to include independent testing and data verification
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; Demonstrated ability to clearly explain technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability and success working in team environments
• Customer focused and capable of representing the customer in user outreach and familiarity training activities and community forums

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join a skilled, highly respected and long standing team supporting Analysis, Testing, and User Outreach of operational systems. This position requires an understanding of the Intelligence Community and customer domain, along with a strong focus on Systems Engineering processes in support of operational mission execution. Activities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform analysis and evaluations of operational capabilities.
• Perform project management required for integrating, testing, evaluating systems.
