Systems Integrator Technical Specialist

Qualifications Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance (with poly)
- Minimum of 10-12 years of Systems Integration experience with BS/BA
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Good customer teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience with training and personnel development
- Prior ops experience
Responsibilities Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.
Successful candidates must be able to:
- Coordinate talent development activities
- Track development milestones
- Update development roadmaps
- Facilitate Talent Management Board and keep charter up to date
- Prepare staffing and training reports as needed
- Determine current and future staffing levels
- Perform team member on-boarding (includes requesting account accesses)
- Create senior management-level briefings
- Provide meeting support (coordination, scheduling, meeting notes)
- Coordinate with managers on training priorities
- Provide budget and program management assistance for portfolio
- Manage Front Office actions (disseminate, coordinate, submit)
- Assist with event coordination (off-sites, all-hands, VIP briefings, team socials)
- Assist with conference room bookings
