Qualifications Education and Experience Required (per DoDD 8140 (DoDD 8570)):- Baseline: IAT II (Security+CE)
- Requires 2 to 5 years with BS/BA or 0 to 2 years with MS/MA/MBA or 8 to 10 years with no degree.
Responsibilities Demonstrable experience in the fielding, management, configuration, repair and system program aspects of hardware desktop support in an enterprise setting.
Demonstrable experience in Windows 10 Professional, Microsoft Active Directory and Storage Area Network (SAN) administration.
- Provide basic Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Management (C4IM) Service Support.
- Support End-users with Microsoft Windows NIPR/SIPR desktops, laptops, printers & scanners.
- Primary point of contact for processing VIP 119/trouble tickets assigned to the USAG Information Management Office (IMO) group.
- Process and maintain NIPR and SIPR Microsoft Active Directory (AD) user and computer accounts.
- Enter daily work in an internal contractor ticketing system and ITSM.
- Install and configure Army NIPR/SIPRNet images on computers.
- Perform hardware/software additions, moves, and changes.
- Analyze system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests on hardware to detect problems and establish and maintain records on repairs, downtime, changes and updates.
- Schedule system scans to verify compliance with IMCOM-Europe Region, 5th Signal, DA and DoD security configuration guidelines. Assist customers in complying with scan requirements.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures already in place under the IMCOM-E contract.
- Provide weekly and monthly status reports documenting work performed.
