Qualifications - 15+ years of experience running/leading multidiscipline security programs and expert knowledge specifically in physical, personnel, and SAP security program management.
- Experience with maintaining liaison with appropriate US government intelligence agencies.
- Top Secret clearance required
- BA or BS degree. MA preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

Responsibilities As the VP for Corporate Security Services, you are directly responsible for all aspects of enterprise-wide security activities. Reporting to the Chief Security Officer, this VP will build and lead a high performing team of professionals who will have responsibility to oversee Peratons physical and personnel security programs as well as the security operations center and business continuity planning and operations.
- Build and maintain a physical security program encompassing both Peratons portfolio of real estate sites and also classified areas, a program that enables our business and protects people, property, and information.
- Mature our physical security program in a business-focused, technology-driven, and cost-effective manner commensurate with an effective Corporate Security program.
- Collaborate closely with the business, Real Estate Department, and other functional areas to ensure new facilities incorporate standard physical security measures and address physical security requirements for contract performance.
- Partner with the business and embedded (Sector) security, as the SME leader for Govt physical security requirements, for the physical protection of classified information in efficiently leveraging existing space and building new space in accordance with business performance needs.
- Lead the personnel security team in effective public trust and national security clearance support across the business.
- Collaborate with embedded sector security to ensure a personnel security program responsive to the needs of a vibrant business.
- Serve as the security focal point for the implementation and maturation of SIMS as Peratons single security enterprise management system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Emergency Actions Plans to establish procedures and outline responsibilities of assigned personnel for safeguarding classified information during an emergency.
- Lead the coordination and synchronization of all activities of the Peraton business continuity, emergency/crisis management programs working closely with internal and Client-facing teams to achieve program objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incident management and response for all incidents involving emergency pose a risk to Peratons ability to execute mission.
- Interact with Sector Security and Government Security Representatives to validate Peratons continued security posture and project thought leadership in the Industrial-Government development of security policy and procedures.
- Participate in and when applicable lead assessments involving possible security violations and initiates measures to correct security deficiencies.
- Maximize the areas under the Corporate Services purview to strengthen Peratons Insider Risk program.
- Collaborate with the CISO to ensure security responsible areas align with Cyber/IT Security policy.
- Ensure all facets of security meet government requirements and Company policy.
- Proactively identify, communicate, and champion opportunities to converge existing solutions to a standard for the benefit of all businesses.
- Embody and model agile leadership providing a clear articulation of objectives, direction, and expectations.
- Manage budget for these areas as part of the overall corporate security budget and finance program.
